General membership meetings are normally held at 7:00pm the third Wednesday of each month from August through April at a location in Madison (currently Vitense Golfland), Wisconsin. Associations are required to attend all Region 4 Hockey Council general meetings. Any Association not represented at two meetings may be required to forfeit $100 per meeting if absent from a third and subsequent meeting.

The Executive Committee meets prior to the General Meeting in the same location at 6:00pm.
