General membership meetings are normally held at 7:00pm the third Wednesday of each month from August through April at the Coliseum Bar (unless otherwise notified) in Madison, Wisconsin. Associations are required to attend all Region 4 Hockey Council general meetings. Any Association not represented at two meetings may be required to forfeit $100 per meeting if absent from a third and subsequent meeting.

The Executive Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm at The Eagle's Nest Ice Arena in Verona.
